Overview

Reachline-SMS is a web-based SMS platform designed to make business communication faster and easier. Businesses can manage contacts, send individual or bulk SMS, use approved sender IDs, and monitor their message delivery.
The platform provides a centralized dashboard where users can manage their SMS credits, contacts, sender IDs, messages, and delivery activity.

The problem

Many businesses still rely on manual SMS sending, which can be time-consuming, difficult to manage at scale, and prone to mistakes when communicating with multiple customers.

The solution

I developed Reachline-SMS as a centralized platform that allows businesses to manage contacts and send personalized bulk or individual SMS from one place, while also providing sender ID management and delivery tracking.
